Yesterday was kind of rough
I was trying not to feel what I was feeling
Yet, I allowed myself to sit in that feeling
Acknowledge just what I was feeling
I gave myself permission to be present in it
See physical touch is my love connection
My language of affection
Closeness
Hugs
Up close and personal dialogues
Gatherings
Social Stimulation
Oh What fellowship
But in our current state
Not So Much
Restricted from the normalcy of sitting with my friends and family
Just Stay Home
I'm sick of Staying Home
Lord I'm praying this will soon come to an end
Because this feeling I'm feeling today
CRAZY!!!!!!!
This crisis has taken away from me
