Y'Anna Monique Crawley was on born April 11, 1977 in Washington D.C.  She is an American urban contemporary gospel artist, musician and actress. She began her music career in 2009, performing and winning Sunday Best on BET. Her first studio album, The Promise, was released in 2012. This album was her breakthrough release upon the Billboard music charts.
